I studied herbalism with Rosemary Gladstar, the “mother of modern herbalism,” and in the Clinical Herbalist program at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism under the tutelage of Betzy Bancroft, Larken Bunce, and Guido Masé.
I traversed the medicine wheel and built my mesa healing tool with Sky Taylor, following in the ways of the Q’ero, the “Wisdom Keepers of the Inca.”
My first teacher of tarot was the Intuitive, Author & Tarot Master, Sheilaa Hite. I have done extensive study and intuitive card reading for over a decade.
I am certified as a Goddess to the Core® 13 Levels of Empowerment Instructor, SBEM Empowerment Coach & Therapist, and 200 hour yoga instructor. I assisted Sierra Bender at numerous boot camps and weekend events at Harvard University, Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
I am certified as a Wild Woman Project Leader by Chris Maddox, founder of the Wild Woman Project.
I am certified in Reiki through the master teacher level in the Usui Tibetan tradition by Tracie Shannon, Energy Healer and Spiritual Channel.
I am certified in Shamanic Reiki through the master teacher level by Llyn Roberts, prominent teacher of healing and shamanism, founder and president of the Olympic Mountain EarthWisdom Circle and award-winning author. In 2016 I became a Core Faculty member of Shamanic Reiki Worldwide and joined the board of Olympic Mountain EarthWisdom Circle. I recently retired from both positions so I can focus on TVH.

I have completed the Path of the Universal Shaman Advanced Intensive program with don Oscar Miro-Quesada. Receiving transmissions and wisdom teachings in another South American shamanic tradition.
I studied Shamanic Counseling with Jonathan Horowitz and Zara Waledeback of the Scandinavian Center for Shamanic Studies. I learned Seidr, Norse Shamanism, from Annette Host, co-founder of the Scandinavian Center for Shamanic Studies.
In September, 2017, I studied Rune Magic and Shamanism with Jorgen I Eriksson in the Tiveden national forest in Sweden.
